All seminars are
hosted by a local real estate agent and mortgage lender, each of whom entered
real estate in 1988. A few years ago we stumbled upon the best way to help
people learn about the home buying process. We had a low turnout for a
conventional Home Buyer's Seminar - complete with overhead projector, classroom
setting, etc. We could see that the turnout would be low, so we joked that we
should do the seminar at the nearest Starbucks. Everyone else present took us
seriously, and a great idea was born.
We relocated the seminar and the casual setting, combined with plenty of
caffeine created a much more beneficial learning experience for those that
attended. They asked more questions and were able to get much more personal
attention. Our goal is to keep the number of participants to between 5 and 8 so
that you can get the same great results.
